敬愛する国民の皆さま。

私たちは世界平和統一家庭連合・中日本霊園に、
亡くなった家族が入園（納骨）している遺族たちです。
愛する家族がこの地に眠っています。

３月25日に東京地裁で出された解散命令の決定によって
私たち遺族は悲痛な思い、重苦しい不安に覆われています。

「大切な家族が眠るこのお墓はどうなるのか…」
「毎年行われてきた聖和祝祭もできなくなるのか…」

そんな思いが毎日、押し寄せてきます。

霊園は亡くなった家族と私たちの
心のよりどころで、神聖な場です。
私たちはこの霊園で祈り、故人の魂と対話し、
共に喜びや悲しみを分かち合っています。

教団が解散させられれば、霊園施設の運営主体がなくなり、
その維持管理が無責任に放置される可能性があります。

それは、私たちにとって耐えがたい痛みであり、
故人の魂の尊厳を著しく損なうことになります。

敬愛する国民の皆さま。
ぜひ私たちの声に耳を傾けてください。
どうか、私たちの思いにご理解をいただけますよう
心よりお願い申し上げます。

世界平和統一家庭連合（家庭連合、旧統一教会）の信者が埋葬されている三重県鈴鹿市の「中日本霊園」で26日、合同慰霊祭が行われ、近畿地方や中部地方などの信者遺族約８００人が参加した。慰霊祭終了後、同霊園の遺族代表がメディアに向けて、教団の解散が確定し清算に入った場合、「家族の眠る墓がなくなるのではないか」と懸念する声明を発表した。

教団の遺族団体「中日本霊園遺族会」の中林次郎事務局長（60）は信者遺族の声として、教団が解散すれば「霊園施設の運営主体がなくなり、その維持管理が無責任に放置される可能性がある」と指摘。「霊園は亡くなった家族と私たちの心の寄りどころ」であり、その場所を失うことは「個人の魂の尊厳を著しく損なう」と強調した。

２０１４年の御嶽山（長野・岐阜県境）噴火で当時18歳の娘を亡くした家庭連合信者の伊藤光夫さん（60）も慰霊祭に参加。伊藤さんは「娘がここで眠るようになり、毎年、慰霊祭も行ってもらう中で心の傷も癒えてきた。霊園がなくなってしまうとは、今は想像もつかない」と語った。

同霊園で眠る信者は、墓石・納骨を含めて累計７７２柱。教団および教団関係者が名義となって管理する墓地は全国に８カ所あり、総累計は３２００柱を超える。慰霊祭に出席した教団の田中富広会長は、解散後の墓地の処遇が不明確な点に触れ、「解散したら法人がなくなるだけという軽い問題ではないと、私たちは丁寧に訴えていきたい」と述べた。

家庭連合に解散命令が下されれば、
土地・財産、すべてが没収されます。

すなわち、教会が管理運営している、
尾瀬霊園をはじめとした、
全国にある霊園が没収される可能性がある、というのです。

皆さんはこのことをどう思いますか？
「人の墓まで奪うことはないだろう」
そう思う人がほとんどだと思います。

私たちの教えである統一原理では、
霊界の存在を明言しています。

ですから、永生される霊人のために、
住居を準備して、貴く弔うのです。

解散命令が決定した場合、
こういう事態が起こりうる、ということを
ぜひ、信徒ではない方にも知っていただきたいと思います。

우리는 세계평화통일가정연합・중일본영원에 죽은 가족이 입원(납골)하고 있는 유족들입니다. 사랑하는 가족이 이 땅에 잠들어 있습니다.

세계 평화 통일 가정 연합(가정 연합, 구 통일 교회)의 신자가 매장되고 있는 미에현 스즈카시의 “중일본 영원”에서 26일, 합동 위령제가 행해져, 긴키 지방이나 중부 지방 등의 신자 유족 약 800 사람이 참가했다. 위령제 종료 후, 동영원의 유족 대표가 언론을 향해 교단의 해산이 확정되어 청산에 들어갔을 경우, “가족의 잠자는 무덤이 없어지는 것이 아닐까”라고 우려하는 성명을 발표했다.

교단의 유족 단체 「나카니혼 영원 유족회」의 나카바야시 지로 사무국장(60)은 신자 유족의 목소리로서, 교단이 해산하면 「영원 시설의 운영 주체가 없어져, 그 유지 관리가 무책임하게 방치될 가능성이 있다”고 지적. “영원은 죽은 가족과 우리의 마음이 닿는 곳”이며, 그 장소를 잃는 것은 “개인의 영혼의 존엄을 현저하게 손상시킨다”고 강조했다.

2014년의 미타케야마(나가노・기후현 경계) 분화로 당시 18세의 딸을 죽은 가정 연합 신자의 이토 미츠오씨(60)도 위령제에 참가. 이곳에서 잠을 자게 되어 매년 위령제도 가게 되는 가운데 마음의 상처도 치유해 왔다.

동령원에서 자는 신자는, 묘석・납골을 포함해 누계 772주. 한 교단의 다나카 토미히로 회장은 해산 후 묘지의 처우가 불명확한 점을 접해 “해산하면 법인이 없어질 뿐이라는 가벼운 문제가 아니라고 우리는 정중하게 호소해 나가고 싶다”고 말했다.

"There will be no graves for our families to rest in."

Dear citizens.

We are the bereaved families whose deceased family members have been interred in the World Peace Unification Family Federation Central Japan Cemetery. Our beloved family members are resting in this place.

The decision to disband the cemetery was issued by the Tokyo District Court on March 25th, and we are the bereaved families covered with grief and heavy anxiety.

"What will happen to this grave where my precious family rests...?"

"Will we no longer be able to hold the annual Seonghwa ceremony...?"

Such thoughts come flooding in every day.

The cemetery is a sacred place, a place of refuge for our deceased family members and us. We pray in this cemetery, converse with the souls of the deceased, and share our joys and sorrows together.

If the cult is dissolved, there will be no one to operate the cemetery facilities, and the maintenance of the facilities may be irresponsibly neglected. This would be an unbearable pain for us and would seriously damage the dignity of the souls of the deceased.

Dear citizens, please listen to our voices. We sincerely ask that you understand our feelings.

A joint memorial service was held on the 26th at the Central Japan Cemetery in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture, where members of the World Peace Unification Family (Family Federation, formerly the Unification Church) are buried, and was attended by about 800 surviving family members of members from the Kinki and Chubu regions. After the memorial service, a representative of the surviving family members of the cemetery made a statement to the media, expressing concern that if the dissolution of the cult is confirmed and liquidation begins, "there will be no graves for our families to rest in."

Jiro Nakabayashi (60), secretary-general of the Central Japan Cemetery Bereaved Families Association, a group of surviving members of the cult, pointed out that if the cult is dissolved, "there will be no one to operate the cemetery facilities, and there is a possibility that their maintenance will be irresponsibly neglected." He emphasized that "the cemetery is a place of comfort for our deceased family members and us," and that losing the place "would severely damage the dignity of the individual souls."

Mitsuo Ito (60), a member of the Family Federation, who lost his 18-year-old daughter in the 2014 eruption of Mount Ontake (on the border between Nagano and Gifu prefectures), also participated in the memorial service. Ito said, "My daughter came to rest here, and the memorial service has been held every year, and my emotional wounds have healed. I can't imagine the cemetery disappearing."

The cemetery has a total of 772 members resting there, including those with gravestones and interred bones. There are eight cemeteries managed by the sect or those associated with it across the country, with a total of over 3,200 remains. The sect's president, Tomihiro Tanaka, who attended the memorial service, mentioned the uncertainty of what would happen to the cemeteries after the dissolution, and said, "We want to carefully appeal that this is not a trivial issue where the corporation will simply disappear if the sect is dissolved."

If an order to disband is issued to the Family Federation,
all of its land and assets will be confiscated.
In other words, there is a possibility that cemeteries across the country, including Oze Cemetery, which is managed and operated by the church, will be confiscated.
What do you think about this?
Most people would probably think, "They wouldn't take away people's graves."
Our teachings, the Unification Principle,
clearly state the existence of the spirit world.
Therefore, we prepare homes for spirits who will live forever and hold noble funerals.
